I’ve been listening again to Shawn Achor’s “The Happiness Advantage” to remind myself of the happy habits.
Happy habits are the things you can do every day that over time can make you significantly happier (despite – or inspite of – the times we live in). Achor’s research shows that, rather than waiting for success to bring you happiness, success comes to those who have deliberately cultivated happiness.
Here are the 5 simple things Achor recommends we do every day that, when we do them consistently, will make us happy:
