Stuck in a mood?

Do you find yourself feeling stuck in unpleasant emotions? Our feelings are there for us, even if they’re uncomfortable. Accept it as a challenge and join us for an opportunity to grow from it, rather than growing old!

We can explore how emotions work and recognise the positive changes we might need to make in our life.

You will learn new ways of understanding and managing your mood and you will learn and experience self-compassion.
